EAP Counselling

EAP …

An EAP (Employee Assistance Program) connects participating employees with professional yet
confidential professional assistance to assist with personal, family and work issues. Often,
these issues can interfere with the employees’ well being and work performance. EAP services
are regularly provided at no cost to the employee, although the number of sessions may be
limited. Common issues that are addressed help employees with emotional and substance
abuse issues, interpersonal relationships, legal problems and/or financial hardships. These
issues can cause significant stress and anxiety thus effecting the employees’ mental health.
Our highly experienced therapists will make sure to assist employees with their
mental/behavioral health issues and guide them to a better wellbeing.

mental health conditions our providers can assist with.
